Angelinvest offers a platform that connects startups and investors, providing access to curated startup profiles, investor directories, and networking opportunities. Our Services include digital access to investment profiles, communication tools, and optional assisted onboarding. Subscription plans vary in level of access, from limited (Basic) to full-featured access (Enterprise).

By subscribing, you gain non-exclusive rights to use our Services for informational and networking purposes. We do not offer financial or investment advice, nor are we a party to any transaction between investors and startups. Your use of our platform must comply with applicable laws and our Terms of Use.

For all plans, usage is subject to our terms, privacy policy, and the applicable customer agreement.

Potential Service Extension

Angelinvest may introduce new features or service enhancements to enrich your experience. These may include analytics tools, enhanced due diligence capabilities, or access to exclusive events and partner offerings.

Service expansions will be communicated in advance and may be offered under new or existing subscription tiers. Enterprise clients may request customized solutions through direct engagement with our team.

Angelinvest reserves the right to modify or discontinue services at its discretion with prior notice where possible. Feedback from users may inform product development, and improvements suggested or enabled by users may be implemented by Angelinvest without obligation.

Terms & Conditions

By using Angelinvest.com, you agree to our Terms of Use. You must be 18 or older and legally able to enter into contracts. We are not a party to agreements between users and do not verify user claims or guarantee outcomes. The use of the site is solely at your own risk.

Why don’t I see VAT included in the prices?

At Angelinvest, all prices shown on our Pricing Page are listed exclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax). This allows us to show consistent base pricing across all regions.

How VAT works based on your location:

United States
No VAT or sales tax will be added.
Canada
GST/HST may be added at checkout depending on your province.
United Kingdom
VAT is added at the UK rate (currently 20%).
European Union
VAT is applied based on your country of residence.
Denmark – 25% VAT will be applied according to Danish tax law.

What if I have a VAT ID?
If you are a business based in the UK or EU, you can enter a valid VAT ID during checkout. In most cases, this will remove the VAT via the reverse charge mechanism.

All other countries:
For customers outside these regions, local sales taxes may not apply. Any applicable tax will be shown before you complete your purchase.
