Startup founders, angel investors and prospective co-founders can create an account. Startup and investor profiles are reviewed before appearing in discovery.

Do investors need accreditation to see deals?

No. Pending accreditation does not prevent US investors from browsing or joining deals. Investor profile approval is a separate requirement for discovery.

Are private startup documents shared automatically?

No. The founder must grant access to private files, and an NDA may be required. A connection or an offer alone does not grant access.
